We offer short and long flexible breaks. We offer flexible arrival and departure days.
Arrival is from 3pm and departure by 10am.

We welcome one quiet, well-behaved dog in The Stables, Covey and Parliament.

How to book

To make a booking please check the availability charts for the cottage or pod
and dates required and contact us to confirm availability.

What's included in the cottages

The price includes the use of the cottage booked for the number of persons agreed at the time of reservation,
heating, hot water, electricity, WIFI, bed linen and towels.

Each cottage is equipped with a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer, smart TV and complimentary Wi-fi.

There is an additional charge for pets if appropriate.

What's included in the glamping pods

The price includes the use of the pod booked for the number of persons agreed at the time of reservation,
heating, hot water, electricity, WIFI, bed linen and towels.

The use of your own heated hot tub, patio area, outside table and fire pit with seats.

Each pod is equipped with a fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, smart TV and complimentary Wi-fi.

There is an additional charge for pets if appropriate.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. A deposit of 30% the total cost is required to confirm your reservation.
The final balance is payable four weeks prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-returnable. Cancellations may be made by telephone and confirmed in writing. We will not make any further charges where more than four weeks' notice has been given.

If less than four weeks’ notice is given for a cancellation and we are able to re-let the accommodation,
the balance payment will be refunded less any expenses or losses incurred.

Dogs are welcome

We welcome quiet, well-behaved dogs in The Stables, Covey and Parliament.

We make an additional charge of £30 to cover extra cleaning.
